An experiment and a conclusion

This year, I tried something new: for the first time, my creations from "Naruvien – Einzigartige Requisiten" were available not only at trade fairs or as custom commissions but also in a retail setting — specifically at ’s Fachl in Würzburg.

Normally, my props are created primarily for the fantasy genre, often as bespoke pieces crafted with great attention to detail and in direct collaboration with my customers.

For ’s Fachl, I deliberately shifted my focus slightly and curated a selection of smaller, more affordable gift items, including my monster dice cups, which quickly proved to be crowd favorites.

For me, the most exciting question was: Would my work still resonate if I wasn't standing right there to explain it or share the stories behind the pieces?

The answer was a resounding yes; people were curious enough to pick up the items; especially the unusual, playful pieces and my epoxy resin art; and many found their way into new homes.

This experiment sent a wonderful signal: there is a place for my props not just in the "niche" world of conventions and special commissions, but also as unique gift ideas for any occasion.

That’s why, this coming December, a small selection of Naruvien props will once again be available at ’s Fachl Würzburg perfect for browsing during the pre-Christmas season.

So, if you’re in the mood for gift items that are a little out of the ordinary, ranging from imaginative monster dice cups to decorative epoxy resin art, it might be well worth taking a look at my shelf there.
